The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, 'General Conditions') is to govern the purchase of products through the website tataborello.com over the Internet.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All purchases of products made through the website (hereinafter, 'purchase contracts') by users who access it (hereinafter, 'the customer') are governed by these general terms and conditions, the so-called 'Consumer Code' (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Section II, concerning distance contracts, Articles 50-67), and the regulations on e-commerce (Legislative Decree 70/2003).
By concluding the purchase contract, the customer accepts and undertakes to comply with these terms and conditions.
Before making any purchase, the customer is invited to read these general terms and conditions carefully and, once the purchase procedure has been completed, to print or save them using their preferred method.
TATABORELLO may modify the content of the terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice.
Purchase contracts shall be subject to the terms and conditions published on the website at the time the customer submits the order.
The products offered are described in detail on the website's home page, within their respective sections, divided into categories.
The visual representation of the products on the website, where available, is normally a photographic image of the products themselves and is intended solely to present them for sale, without any guarantee or commitment on the part of TATABORELLO regarding the exact correspondence between the image shown and the actual item. This applies especially to the colors of the products and/or packaging.
In the event of any discrepancy between the product image published on the website and the written description of the product, the product description shall always prevail.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
The customer may purchase the products listed in the TATABORELLO electronic catalog by complying with the technical procedures for accessing it.
The publication of the images and product sheets displayed on the website constitutes an invitation to the public to submit a proposal.
Any order submitted by the customer constitutes a proposal to negotiate and implies full knowledge and acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
TATABORELLO confirms the correct customer order proposal by means of an automated email reply sent to the address provided by the Customer.
This automated email indicates a 'serial number' to be used in all subsequent communications with TATABORELLO and will include, in addition to the information required by law, all the information provided by the customer, who undertakes to verify its accuracy and promptly report any corrections or changes.
Any increase in costs resulting from communication errors and changes to details not reported in time will be borne exclusively by the customer.
The customer can view each order on the website, in their so-called 'personal area'.
Payments by credit card and PayPal will be subject to system approval (see the payment methods section).
TATABORELLO will issue an invoice for the order and send it to the customer by email.
The details provided by the customer when placing the order will be used to process the invoice.
No changes to the details will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
TATABORELLO will issue an invoice when the product covered by the order is shipped.
The purchase contract between TATABORELLO and the customer is considered concluded upon receipt of payment by Tataborello.
In the event of payment by bank transfer, the transfer must be sent to TATABORELLO within 7 days at the latest, otherwise the order will be canceled.
PRODUCT PRICES
The price of the products included in the online catalog published on the website includes VAT, but not customs duties (where applicable) or shipping costs. These charges are indicated when viewing the order summary and before finalizing the purchase, and vary depending on the service and destination selected. Any customs duties and taxes for international sales are the sole responsibility of the customer.
