The subject of these general conditions of sale (hereinafter, 'General conditions') is the regulation of the purchase of products via computer network from the tataborello.com site.

ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All purchases of products made through the site (hereinafter, 'purchase agreements') by users who have access to it (hereinafter, 'the customer') are governed by these general conditions and by the c.d. 'consumption' code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, section II, on distance contracts, articles 50-67) and the rules on electronic commerce (Legislative Decree 70/2003).
By concluding the purchase contract, the customer accepts and undertakes to observe these terms and conditions.
The customer is invited to carefully read these general conditions before making any purchase and, once the purchase procedure is complete, print them or keep them according to the preferred methods.
TATABORELLO may modify, at any time and without notice, the content of the terms and conditions.
The purchase contracts will be subject to the terms and conditions published on the site at the time the order is sent by the customer.
The products offered are described in detail on the home page of the site, within the respective sections, divided into categories.
The visual representation of the products on the website, if available, is normally the photographic image of the products themselves and has the sole purpose of presenting them for sale without any guarantee or commitment on the part of TATABORELLO, regarding the exact correspondence of the image. represented by the real object; This, especially for the chromatic aspects of the products and / or the packaging.
In the event of a necessary difference between the product image published on the site and the written product description of the same, the product description is always valid.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
The customer can purchase the products in the TATABORELLO electronic catalog by respecting the technical methods of accessing it.
The publication of the images and product data sheets displayed on the site constitutes an invitation to the public to formulate a proposal.
Any order placed by the customer has proposed negotiation value and implies full knowledge and full acceptance of these general conditions.
The correct customer-order proposal is confirmed by TATABORELLO through an automatic reply via e-mail, sent to the address communicated by the Customer.
This automatic email indicates a 'serial number' to be used in any subsequent communication with TATABORELLO and will contain, in addition to the information required by law, all the information communicated by the customer who undertakes to verify its correctness and promptly report any corrections-amends.
Any aggravation of the expense caused by communication errors and modification of data not reported in time will be exclusively charged to the customer.
Each order can be viewed by the customer on the site, in his so-called 'personal area'.
Payments by credit card and PayPal mode will be subject to system approval (see payment methods section).
TATABORELLO will issue an invoice relating to the order and will forward it via email to the customer.
For the management of the invoice, the data provided by the customer at the time of the order will be used.
No changes to the data will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
TATABORELLO will issue an invoice upon shipment of the product ordered.
The purchase contract between TATABORELLO and the customer is understood to be concluded with the receipt of payment by Tataborello.
In case of payment by bank transfer this must be forwarded to TATABORELLO no later than 7 days, otherwise the order will be cancelled.
PRODUCT PRICES
The price of the products included in the online catalog published on the site is inclusive of VAT, but not customs duties (where applicable) and shipping costs. The latter charges are indicated when viewing the order summary and before the final purchase and vary according to the selected service and destination. Any customs duties and taxes for overseas sales are the sole responsibility of the customer.
