DELIVERY

The products will be shipped by courier to the address specified by the customer when ordering. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday, during normal business hours, excluding public holidays. Delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the customer at the address specified in the order form. In the event of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the courier will attempt delivery the next day. In the event of impossibility of delivery the following day due to the absence of the recipient, the courier will attempt to contact the customer to schedule a new delivery in the next 10 days. In case of further absence of the recipient within this period, the products covered by the order will be sent back to TATABORELLO which will send a notification via e-mail to the customer. All costs relating to any subsequent returns will be charged to the customer. Upon delivery of the products by the courier appointed by TATABORELLO, the customer is obliged to carefully check that the packaging is intact and not damaged or tampered with and that the number of pieces is that indicated in the transport document. Any damage to the packaging or the mismatch in the number of pieces, as indicated in the transport document, must be immediately notified to the courier and therefore promptly reported to TATABORELLO by e-mail to the address info@tataborello.com specifying the order number. In cases of force majeure, unavailability of transport, as well as an unforeseen or inevitable event that causes a delay in delivery or in the event that delivery is difficult or impossible or cause a significant increase in the cost of delivery, TATABORELLO will apply to the same the right to split and postpone the delivery or terminate the purchase contract in whole or in part. In such cases TATABORELLO will provide timely and adequate communication of its decisions to the e-mail address indicated by the customer who will be entitled to a refund of the price already paid, excluding any subsequent claim, for any reason, against TATABORELLO.

PAYMENT METHODS

You can pay by credit card, PayPal account or bank transfer. The accepted credit cards are: MasterCard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Carta Aura, PostePay. If the PayPal system refuses the payment authorization, the order is considered void, the data to make the transfer will be displayed when choosing the payment method. Your order will be valid from the moment of receipt of the bank transfer by Tataborello.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Purchases made on the Tataborello.com website are governed by these general conditions and by the regulation referred to in the "acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale" section. Pursuant to articles 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree 206/2005 ('consumer code), the consumer (natural person who purchases goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, without indicating a VAT number reference) has the right to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without explanation of the conditions listed below. To exercise this right, the customer must send a communication within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods to the address info@tataborello.com indicating name, address, product detail (code) Subsequently the customer must return the product within ten working days from the date of receipt. In no case will the withdrawal be valid without the customer's prior notice. The customer is responsible for any matter concerning the products until they are received by TATABORELLO. The cost of the refund will not be refunded unless the item received by the customer has been shipped in error, or has been delivered damaged. The integrity of the goods to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. It is sufficient that the goods are returned in perfect condition and complete with labels and packaging. Tataborello will not accept returned items that are worn or without labels and packaging or that show clear signs of previous use. Failure to return the goods within the prescribed period will result in disqualification from the right of withdrawal. Import duties and sales taxes are non-refundable under any circumstances. Once the integrity of the returned product and compliance with the procedures have been verified, TATABORELLO will refund the customer the amount paid for each product for which his right of withdrawal has been exercised. The refund must be made no later than 30 (thirty) days of receipt of the aforementioned products. TATABORELLO will refund the entire value of the order or the value of the individual products returned in the event of partial withdrawal by bank transfer or other methods specifically agreed with the customer. It should be noted that, in accordance with current legislation, in this case TATABORELLO will reimburse the customer for the sums paid for the returned products, excluding the costs necessary for returning them.

NON-CONFORMITY OF PRODUCTS AND AFTER-SALES ASSISTANCE

The products offered on the site comply with national and community legislation currently in force in Italy. The images and colors of the products published on the site may differ from the real ones due to the local settings of the system and/or the tools used to display them. In the event of a lack of conformity of the products purchased with respect to the written description published on the site and in the event of a faulty or defective product, the customer has the right to have the non-conforming goods replaced within 10 (ten) days or to free repair of the damaged goods within 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. In case of breakage of one or more articles, the customer must contact customer service at the email address info@tataborello.com indicating in the message the reference code of each individual product and the date of purchase. Return for repair must be authorized by customer service. Any shipping costs / taxes are the responsibility of the customer.

All communications or any customer complaints against TATABORELLO in reference to purchase contracts must be forwarded via the appropriate contact forms on the website.

All trademarks (registered and unregistered), as well as any intellectual work, sign or name, image, photo, graphic or written text and more generally any other intangible asset protected by copyright laws and international conventions on intellectual and industrial property reproduced on the site are the exclusive property of TATABORELLO and / or its licensors. Access to the site and / or purchase does not give the customer any right to it. Any use, even partial, of the same is prohibited without the prior written consent of TATABORELLO and/or its licensor, in favor of which all rights are exclusively reserved.

PLACE OF JURISDICTION

Any dispute relating to the interpretation and execution of contracts in compliance with these terms and conditions will be resolved before the competent Judicial Authorities pursuant to the applicable legislation, in the case of 'consumer' customers, while for 'professional' customers the competent court will be exclusively that of Turin.
