The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, "General Terms") is to govern the purchase of products online through the tataborello.com website.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
All purchases of products made through the website (hereinafter, "purchase contracts") by users who access it (hereinafter, "the customer") are governed by these general terms and conditions, the so-called Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005, Section II, on distance contracts, Articles 50-67), and the regulations on e-commerce (Legislative Decree 70/2003).
By completing the purchase contract, the customer accepts and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
Customers are invited to read these general terms and conditions carefully before making any purchase and, once the purchase procedure is complete, to print or save them as they prefer.
TATABORELLO may change the content of the terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
Purchase contracts are subject to the terms and conditions published on the website when the customer submits the order.
The products offered are described in detail on the website's home page, within their respective sections, organized by category.
The visual representation of products on the website, where available, is normally a photograph of the products and is intended solely to present them for sale. TATABORELLO makes no guarantee or commitment as to the exact correspondence between the image and the actual item, particularly with regard to the products' colors and/or packaging.
If there is any discrepancy between the product image published on the website and the written product description, the product description shall prevail.
PURCHASE PROCEDURE
Customers may purchase products listed in the TATABORELLO online catalog, subject to the technical requirements for accessing it.
Publishing the images and product information displayed on the website constitutes an invitation to the public to make an offer.
Any order submitted by the customer constitutes an offer to purchase and implies full knowledge and acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
TATABORELLO confirms the customer’s valid order proposal by sending an automated email reply to the address provided by the customer.
This automated email provides a “serial number” to be used in all subsequent communications with TATABORELLO and will include, in addition to the information required by law, all the information provided by the customer, who undertakes to check its accuracy and promptly report any corrections or changes.
LAny additional costs resulting from communication errors or changes to details that are not reported promptly shall be borne solely by the customer.
Customers can view each order on the website in their so-called “personal area.”
Credit card and PayPal payments are subject to system approval (see the Payment Methods section).
TATABORELLO will issue an invoice for the order and send it to the customer by email.
The details provided by the customer when placing the order will be used to prepare the invoice.
No changes to the details will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
TATABORELLO will issue an invoice when the product ordered is shipped.
The purchase contract between TATABORELLO and the customer is considered concluded when Tataborello receives payment.
If payment is made by bank transfer, it must be sent to TATABORELLO within 7 days, failing which the order will be canceled.
PRODUCT PRICES
The price of products listed in the online catalog published on the website includes VAT, but not customs duties (where applicable) or shipping costs. These additional charges are shown when viewing the order summary and before completing the purchase, and vary depending on the selected service and destination. Any customs duties and taxes on international sales are payable solely by the customer.
