PRODUCTION
All our jewelry is designed and handmade in Italy thanks to meticulous and often complex manual work that allows us to combine crystals, natural stones, and embroidery worthy of the most prestigious Italian goldsmith art 🇮🇹.
We are an established and recognized entity even abroad since we have been present in the haute-couture bijoux market since 2001.

Each piece of jewelry is produced at the moment you purchase it exclusively for you, so you can request CUSTOMIZATIONS, for example on the length of the necklaces (all adjustable anyway) or on the earring closure (butterfly or clip) or other needs whose feasibility we will evaluate together.
MATERIALS and CARE
All our jewelry is made with HYPOALLERGENIC and NICKEL FREE materials. The settings are usually made of antique gold-colored galvanized brass, hypoallergenic and nickel free.
All our jewelry is made with the highest quality materials, but we believe it is useful to inform you that brass, like silver, is subject to oxidation and therefore it may be necessary to polish the products with a damp cloth or with special cleaners.
Avoid spraying perfume directly on jewelry or letting them come into contact with disinfectant gels and other types of cleaners.

RINGS
All our rings are ADJUSTABLE thanks to an invisible slit located at the base of the setting.
NECKLACES
Our necklaces are all ADJUSTABLE thanks to an extension chain at the back, but if you have more specific customization needs, do not hesitate to contact us and we will offer you the most suitable solutions.
EARRINGS
Almost all our earrings can also be made with CLIP CLOSURE; to check feasibility, we invite you to contact our customer service (shop@tataborello.com).

SHIPPING TIMES and COSTS
Normally your purchases are shipped within 4-5 working days (up to one week) from the receipt of the order since all our jewelry is handmade in Italy.
In Italy, shipping costs €9 but is free for orders over €120, and delivery usually takes 3-4 working days, to which the technical production times must be added.
In Europe, shipping costs 15€ and delivery usually takes 5-6 working days, to which the technical production times must be added.
In non-European countries, including the UK, Switzerland, and Monaco, shipping costs €20.
In America, Canada, Central America, Asia, Africa, shipping costs 30€.

RETURNS & REFUNDS
Exchanges or returns for any product can be requested within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending an email to shop@tataborello.com indicating the order number and buyer's details.
Subsequently, the customer must return the product preferably within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Once the integrity of the returned product and compliance with the procedures have been verified, we will refund the customer the amount within no more than 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the return. Subsequently, the customer must resend the product within ten working days from the date of receipt.
