DELIVERY AND RETURNS
DELIVERY
The products will be sent by courier to the address specified by the customer when ordering. Deliveries are made Monday through Friday, during normal business hours excluding public holidays. The delivery is considered completed when the product is made available to the customer at the address specified on the order form. In case of non-delivery due to the absence of the recipient at the specified address, the carrier will attempt delivery the next day. If delivery is not possible the next day due to the recipient's absence, the courier will try to contact the customer to schedule a new delivery within the next 10 days. If the recipient is still absent within that period, the products covered by the order will be returned to TATABORELLO, which will send a report via e-mail to the customer. All expenses related to any subsequent re-delivery will be borne by the customer. At the time of delivery of the products by the courier commissioned by TATABORELLO, the customer is obliged to carefully check that the packaging is intact and not damaged or tampered with, and that the number of pieces matches that indicated in the transport document. Any damage to the packaging or discrepancy in the number of pieces as indicated in the transport document must be immediately contested to the courier and then promptly reported to TATABORELLO by email at shop@tataborello.com specifying the order number. In cases of force majeure, unavailability of transport, as well as unforeseen or unavoidable events which cause a delay in delivery or make deliveries difficult or impossible or cause a significant increase in the cost of delivery, TATABORELLO reserves the right to split and postpone the delivery or terminate some or all of the purchase contract. In such cases, TATABORELLO will provide timely and adequate notice of its decisions to the e-mail address indicated by the customer, who shall be entitled to a refund of the price already paid, excluding any further claims, for whatever reason, against TATABORELLO.
RATES AND DELIVERY TIMES
Couriers used by TATABORELLO are: DHL for deliveries in Italy, FEDEX for all other destinations. Shipping charges will be calculated based on the selected service and destination of the goods.

Shipments will be made within 5 working days from purchase. In August, it will be possible to purchase regularly, but no shipment will be made until September.
PAYMENT MODE
You can make your payment with a credit card, Paypal account or bank transfer. Accepted credit cards are: Mastercard, Visa, Visa Electron, American Express, Carta Aura, Postepay. If the Paypal system refuses the authorization, the payment order is considered void. The data to make the bank transfer will be displayed when choosing the method of payment. Your order will be valid from the moment of receipt of the bank transfer by Tataborello.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Purchases made on the Tataborello.com site are governed by these general conditions and by the regulations referred to in the section 'acceptance of the terms and conditions of sale'. Within the meaning of arts. 64 et seq. of Legislative Decree No. 206/2005 ('the consumer code'), the consumer (a natural person who buys goods for purposes not related to his professional activity, without specifying a VAT reference) shall be entitled to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason and without explanation under the conditions below. To exercise this right, the customer must send a notice within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods to the address shop@tataborello.com indicating name, address, product detail (code). Then the customer must send back the product within ten working days from the date of receipt. In no event shall the withdrawal be valid without prior notice of it. The customer is responsible for any matter pertaining to the products until they are received by TATABORELLO. The cost of the refund shall not be reimbursed unless the item received by the customer was the same as posted by mistake, or has been delivered damaged. The integrity of the property to be returned is an essential condition for exercising the right of withdrawal. It is sufficient that the goods are returned in perfect condition and complete with labels and packaging. Tataborello will not accept returned articles worn or without labels and packaging or showing obvious signs of previous use. Failure to return the goods within the prescribed period implies disqualification from the right of withdrawal. Customs duties and sales taxes are not refundable under any circumstances. Once the integrity of the returned product and the respect of the procedures have been verified, TATABORELLO will refund the customer the amount paid for each product for which the right of withdrawal was exercised. The reimbursement shall take place no later than 30 (thirty) days after receipt of the above-mentioned products. TATABORELLO will refund the full value of the order or the value of individual products returned in case of partial withdrawal by bank transfer or by other modes specifically agreed with the customer. It should be noted that, in accordance with the existing legislation on the matter, TATABORELLO will refund the customer the sums paid for the returned products excluding the costs necessary to return the same.
NON-CONFORMITY OF PRODUCTS AND AFTER-SALES SUPPORT
The products offered on the site comply with the national and Community legislation currently in force in Italy. The images and colors of products published on the site may differ from the real ones due to the system locale and/or devices used for their display. In case of non-conformity of the products purchased compared to the written description posted on the site, and in the event of breakdown or faulty product, the customer is entitled to replacement of non-conforming goods within 10 (ten) days or free repair of damaged goods within 2 (two) years from the date of purchase. In case of breakage of one or more items, the customer must contact customer service at the email shop@tataborello.com indicating in the message the reference code of each individual product and the date of purchase. Return for repair must be authorized by customer service. Any shipping/taxes are payable by the customer.
PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA
Customer data are treated by TATABORELLO in accordance with the provisions of existing legislation, as specified in the informative note in the special section 'privacy policy'
COMMUNICATIONS AND COMPLAINTS
All communications or any customer complaints against TATABORELLO with reference to the contracts of purchase must be submitted through the appropriate modules-contact form within the website.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
Tataborello Officina Bijoux is a worldwide registered trademark. All trademarks (registered and unregistered), as well as any intellectual work, sign or name, image, photo, graphic or written text and more generally any other intangible goods protected by copyright laws and international conventions on intellectual property and industrial property reproduced on the site are the exclusive property of TATABORELLO and/or its licensors. Access to the website and/or purchasing does not grant the customer any rights to them. Any use, even partial, of them is prohibited without the prior written permission of TATABORELLO and/or its licensor, to whom all rights are exclusively reserved.
PLACE OF JURISDICTION
Any dispute concerning the interpretation and execution of contracts in compliance with these terms and conditions will be resolved before the competent Judicial Authorities under the applicable legislation, in the case of customers who are 'consumers', while for 'professional' customers the jurisdiction will exclusively be that of Turin.
