All our jewelry is designed and handcrafted in Italy using meticulous, often complex techniques that allow us to combine crystals, natural stones, and embroidery worthy of Italy’s most prestigious goldsmithing tradition 🇮🇹.

Each piece of jewelry is made especially for you when you purchase it, so you can request CUSTOMIZATIONS, such as the length of necklaces (although they’re all adjustable), the earring closure (post or clip), or other requests, which our team of artisans will assess for feasibility.
MATERIALS and CARE
All our jewelry is made with HYPOALLERGENIC and NICKEL-FREE materials. The settings are usually made of antique gold-plated brass and are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
All our jewelry is made with the highest-quality materials. However, we think it’s important to let you know that brass, like silver, is prone to oxidation, so it may be necessary to polish the pieces from time to time with a dry cloth or a special cleaner.
To care for your jewelry, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes and cosmetics, hand sanitizers, or other types of cleaners. We also recommend removing it before showering or exercising.

All our rings are ADJUSTABLE thanks to a hidden slit at the base of the setting.
NECKLACES

EARRINGS

SHIPPING TIMES and COSTS
Your purchases are usually shipped within 4-5 business days (up to a maximum of one week) of receiving your order, as each of our pieces of jewelry is handcrafted in Italy with artisanal care.
Shipping within Italy costs €9 and is free for orders over €120, with standard delivery in 3-4 business days.
Shipping within Europe costs €15, and delivery usually takes 5-6 business days.
Shipping to countries outside Europe, including the UK, Switzerland, and Monaco, costs €20.
Shipping to America, Canada, Central America, Asia, and Africa costs €30.

RETURNS and REFUNDS
An exchange or return for any product can be requested within 10 (ten) business days of receiving the goods by emailing shop@tataborello.com with the order number and the buyer’s details.
The customer must then return the product, if possible within 10 (ten) business days of receiving the goods.
Once the returned product’s condition has been verified and the procedures have been followed, we will refund the customer within 30 (thirty) days of receiving the return.
