Each piece of jewelry is made especially for you when you place your order, so you can request CUSTOMIZATIONS, such as a different necklace length (although all necklaces are adjustable), a different earring closure (post or clip), or other requests, which our team of artisans will assess for feasibility.
MATERIALS and CARE
All our jewelry is made with HYPOALLERGENIC and NICKEL-FREE materials. The settings are usually made of antique gold-plated brass and are hypoallergenic and nickel-free.
All our jewelry is made with the highest-quality materials. However, we think it's important to let you know that brass, like silver, is prone to oxidation, so it may occasionally be necessary to polish the pieces with a dry cloth or special cleaning products.
To care for your jewelry, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes and cosmetics, hand sanitizers or other types of cleaning products. We also recommend removing it before showering or exercising.

All our rings are ADJUSTABLE thanks to a hidden gap at the base of the setting.

EARRINGS

In Europe, shipping costs โฌ15 and delivery usually takes 5-6 business days.

RETURNS and REFUNDS
You can request an exchange or return for any product within 10 (ten) business days of receiving the goods by emailing shop@tataborello.com with your order number and buyer details.
