The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale (hereinafter, “General Conditions”) is to govern the purchase of products via the website shop.tataborello.com.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.
All purchases of products made through the website (hereinafter, “purchase contracts”) by users accessing it (hereinafter, “the customer”) are governed by these general terms and conditions, the so-called Consumer Code (Legislative Decree No. 206/2005, Section II, concerning distance contracts, Articles 50-67), and the regulations governing electronic commerce (Legislative Decree No. 70/2003).
By concluding the purchase contract, the customer accepts and agrees to comply with these terms and conditions.
Customers are invited to carefully read these general terms and conditions before making any purchase and, once the purchase process is complete, to print them or retain them in their preferred manner.
TATABORELLO may modify the contents of the terms and conditions at any time and without notice.
Purchase contracts are subject to the terms and conditions posted on the website at the time the customer submits the order.
The products offered are described in detail on the website’s homepage, in the respective sections organized by category.
The visual representation of products on the website, where available, normally consists of photographs of the products themselves and is intended solely to present them for sale, without any warranty or commitment on the part of TATABORELLO regarding the exact correspondence between the image shown and the actual item, particularly with regard to the products and/or packaging colors.
If there is any discrepancy between the product image published on the website and the written description of the same product, the product description shall prevail.
PURCHASING PROCEDURE
Customers can purchase products in the TATABORELLO electronic catalog by following the technical procedures for accessing it.
The publication of images and product sheets on the site constitutes an invitation to the public to submit a proposal.
Any order submitted by the customer constitutes a proposal to enter into a contract and implies full knowledge and acceptance of these general terms and conditions.
TATABORELLO confirms receipt of the customer's order proposal by sending an automatic reply to the email address provided by the customer.
This automatic email provides a “serial number” to use in any subsequent communication with TATABORELLO. In addition to the information required by law, it will include all the information provided by the customer, who agrees to verify its accuracy and promptly report any corrections or changes.
Any additional costs resulting from communication errors or changes to information not reported in time will be borne solely by the customer.
Customers can view each order on the site in their “personal area.”
Credit card and PayPal payments are subject to system approval (see the Payment Methods section).
TATABORELLO will issue an invoice for the order and send it to the customer by email.
The information provided by the customer when placing the order will be used to prepare the invoice.
No changes to the information will be possible after the invoice has been issued.
TATABORELLO will issue the invoice when the product included in the order is shipped.
The purchase agreement between TATABORELLO and the customer shall be deemed concluded upon receipt of payment by TATABORELLO.
If payment is made by bank transfer, it must be sent to TATABORELLO within 7 days, failing which the order will be canceled.
PRODUCT PRICES.
The prices of the products included in the online catalog published on the site include VAT, but not customs duties (where applicable) or shipping costs. These additional charges are shown when you view your order summary and before completing your purchase, and vary depending on the service selected and the destination. Any customs duties and taxes on international sales are the sole responsibility of the customer.
