All our jewelry is designed and handmade in Italy thanks to meticulous and often complex manual work that allows us to combine crystals, natural stones, and embroidery worthy of the most prestigious Italian goldsmith art 🇮🇹.

Each piece of jewelry is produced at the moment you purchase it exclusively for you, so you can request CUSTOMIZATIONS, for example on the length of the necklaces (all adjustable anyway) or on the earring closure (post or clip) or other needs whose feasibility will be evaluated by our team of artisans.
MATERIALS and CARE
All our jewelry is made with HYPOALLERGENIC and NICKEL FREE materials. The settings are usually made of antique gold-colored galvanized brass, hypoallergenic and nickel free.
All our jewelry is made with the highest quality materials, but we find it useful to inform you that brass, like silver, is subject to oxidation and therefore it may be necessary to polish the products occasionally with a dry cloth or special detergents.
For jewelry care, we recommend avoiding direct contact with perfumes and cosmetics, disinfectant gels or other types of detergents. It is also preferable to remove them before showering or when engaging in sports activities.

All our rings are ADJUSTABLE thanks to a hidden slit located at the base of the setting.
NECKLACES

EARRINGS

SHIPPING TIMES and COSTS
Your purchases are usually shipped within 4-5 working days (up to a maximum of one week) from receipt of the order, as each of our jewels is handmade in Italy with artisanal care.
In Italy the shipping costs 9€ and is free for orders over 120€ with standard delivery in 3-4 working days.
In Europe the shipping costs 15€ and delivery usually takes 5-6 working days.
In non-European countries, including UK, Switzerland, and Monaco, the shipping costs 20€.
In America, Canada, Central America, Asia, Africa the shipping costs 30€.

RETURNS and REFUNDS
An exchange or return for any product can be requested within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods by sending an email to shop@tataborello.com indicating the order number and buyer's details.
Subsequently, the customer must resend the product preferably within 10 (ten) working days from the date of receipt of the goods.
Once the integrity of the returned product and compliance with the procedures have been verified, we will refund the customer within 30 (thirty) days from receipt of the return.
